After reviewing the RFQ and SOW, we think an RCDD might be beneficial to the design for this project. Would the VA consider adding RCDD to the required disciplines or allow firms to include additional un-listed resumes? Response: Yes, a RCDD is required for the telecommunication design as indicated in paragraph 10. Telecommunication Design, of the A/E Design Scope of Work. Statement of Work.
