Contract Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, Central Federal Lands Highway Division (CFLHD) hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source firm fixed contract to the California Coastal Comission for habitat mitigation credits as a result of disturbed habitat from the construction of the CA FLAP SCR T5(1) Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail project. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared per RFO 6.103-1. Habitat mitigation is required for the CFLHD project; CA FLAP SCR T5(1) Monterey Bay Sanctuary Scenic Trail.
