The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) NAF Contracting Office, on behalf of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, Army Food Innovation and Transformation Program Office, who will manage a Program Group V, Supplemental Mission Fund Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), seeks to establish one (1) firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery- Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a concessionaire contractor to finance, design, buildout/renovate facilities, and operate and maintain Campus Style Dining Venue (CSDV) operations at each of the six (6) U.S. Army Garrisons listed within enclosed Request for Proposal, NAFBA1-26-R-0014.
