Pharmaceutical reverse distribution services for the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS), to provide on‑site identification, preparation, and shipment of expired and short‑dated pharmaceuticals; processing of controlled and non‑controlled items for manufacturer credit through the VA Pharmaceutical Prime Vendor (PPV); detailed credit and disposal reporting; and compliant destruction of non‑returnable and hazardous pharmaceuticals.
