Contract Description
27 SOW at Cannon AFB requires operation of Wastewater Treatment Plant facilities at several locations on Cannon AFB. Acquisition is contemplated to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicited as a Request for Quote IAW FAR 13. Quotes are contemplated to be evaluated and awarded on a Best Value / Trade-Off basis where Technical and Past Performance are contemplated to be Significantly More Important than Price. Magnitude is anticipated to be approximately between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance is contemplated to be one Base Year plus five Option Years.
