The excel workbook shows the location but quantity is just marked “1”. Can you please clarify the quantity at each location? “1” is referring to the amount of pickups a week 2. Will the cardboard or plastic be baled? The PDF states a contractor may need to provide a bailer. Can you please elaborate on this? Cardboard and plastic will be baled separately. The Commissary already has balers. 3. Will the sites have a forklift to use if cardboard or plastic is baled? Each site has a forklift to use for bales. 4.
