Contract Description
IMPORTANT: During the site visit, painting of the Leaf PC was discussed. Painting the walls of the Leaf PC is NOT within the scope of this requirement and is reflected in the SOW. Evaluation factors will be the following in accordance with FAR 12.203: 52.212-2 EvaluationCommercial Products and Commercial Services. As prescribed in 12.205(a)(2), insert a provision substantially as follows: (a) Evaluation factors. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
