Contract Description

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) at the St. Louis Regional Benefits Office is soliciting to obtain License and Software Maintenance Support for its CCure 9000 System (Serial Number 9-17923, Software Version #2.90, Model Series – P) include remote installation for St. Louis Regional Office. The vendor will provide a Factory Certified PASS technician to conduct software maintenance and repairs. It is the intent of the government to issue a sole-source contract for required services. This requirement is for procurement of a CCure 9000 access control software license and support services (Standard SSA option) which includes remote installation, updates, and support services (which would include no onsite labor).
