Contract Description
April 14, 2026 Notification Update: a list of all requested attendees shall be provided to the points of contact in this notice no later than 1500 EDT on Wednesday, 15 April 2026. Questions pertaining to the draft RFP language or the documents provided will be provided to all potential offerors. Offerors must identify which questions divulge proprietary info about an offeror’s design or strategy for bidding, and these questions will not be released to other potential offerors. Recommendations regarding language to add or changes to make to the RFP will also be provided to all potential offerors.
