April 8, 2026 Notification PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, 21 APRIL 2026 Pre-solicitation conference will be held for the EO/IR Sensor System Competition as follows: Date: 21 April 2026 Location: Precise Systems 22290 Exploration Drive Lexington Park, MD 20653 Boyington conference room, 1st floor One-on-one sessions will be assigned within the timeframe 0800-1600, with no NAVAIR brief to all potential offerors. Sessions are limited to companies that intend to submit a proposal as the prime contractors; however, those entities may include personnel from intended team members / subcontractors as part of their sessions.
