Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, Omaha District hereby announces it's intent to issue a solicitation for the Cheery Creek Dam Rehab Gate Stems #2 & #5. The solicitation will close on 10 April 2026 at 2 PM CDT. This solictation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. Description of Services: Following a previous incident involving the failure of the water packing gland on Service Gate Stem No. 1, a service contract was issued to replace the packing material and perform associated repairs. The scope of that contract included hydraulic hoist stem scoring repair, re-chroming, installation of a new wiper seal, and correction of a hoist brake leak.
