The Government does not have rights to the Technical Data Package (TDP) or specifications. A device designed to deliver variable fan speeds to the engine pulley ratios responsive to the cooling demands of the engine. May include hub, mounting device, thermal air valve and the like. Engine fan clutches are components of the engine cooling system in non-aircraft vehicles.
