The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following updates: Updated Dates: The date for all questions and answers (Q&A) is updated to March 9, 2026. The due date for all solicitation responses is updated to March 24, 2026. Correction of Departmental Reference: All references to the "Department of War" are hereby corrected to read "Department of Defense."
