Contract Description
NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement to increase the Commercial Lunar Payload Services (CLPS) contracts cumulative Not-to-Exceed (NTE) maximum ordering value. The CLPS contracts are FAR Part 12 commercial service, firm-fixed-price, multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts. NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source contract modification to continue services for all activities necessary to safely integrate, accommodate, transport, and operate NASA Payloads using contractor-provided assets, including launch vehicles, lunar lander spacecraft, lunar surface systems, Earth re-entry vehicles and associated resources.
