Does the government have any suggestions for caterers for subcontracting opportunities in Hawthorne? A1. The government will not typically recommend a source, but Hawthorne is a limited market. The El Capitan Restaurant has provided boxed meals as a subcontracted source on previous occasions. Q2. Is it allowable to subcontract with multiple caterers. We are not able to find a single caterer to provide meals for the entire time? A2. This is allowable and even encouraged in some instances.
