Contract Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a contractor to provide vacant property maintenance services for two commercial properties in Mexico City: the former Embassy building at Reforma area and the former Benjamin Franklin Library. Both properties are regularly visible from the surrounding area, and the objective of this contract is to ensure that each site is maintained in an orderly condition throughout the period of performance. The anticipated performance period is for a base year plus 1-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered as long as it complies with the RFQ requirements.
