Contract Description
Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Services for a new Land Port of Entry (LPOE) at Coburn Gore, ME (Franklin County). The estimated price range for this requirement is between $125,000,000 and $135,000,000, inclusive of options. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for any solicitation amendments and any other related information. Note. Pre-registration to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit on 10/21/2025 is required. The Conference and Site Visit shall be limited to no more than four (4) representatives from each Offeror.
