PRESOLICITATION NOTICE W912WJ26BA011 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District will be issuing an unrestricted Invitation for Bid (IFB) with Prequalification of Sources (in accordance with DFARS RFO 236.101-70) solicitation for Construction of Fire Station and Air Passenger Terminal (APT), Demolish Building 1721 at Hanscom AFB (HAFB), MA.
