OBO/PDCS/SPC requires construction security monitoring services at select overseas Department of State construction sites and storage areas managed by OBO’s Office of Special Projects Coordination. There is also a requirement for domestic construction security monitoring services of secure cargo destined for overseas sites uniquely complex security requirements in countries such as Vietnam, China, Russia, Cuba, and more.
