The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for providing Crane Lease/ Rental Services for Naval Submarine Base New London in Groton, CT. The work includes but is not limited to providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, facilities, transportation, equipment, and all other items necessary to provide the services as described in the attached Bid Schedule of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
