Contract Description
The Library of Congress, Contracts and Grants Directorate, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to: Cube-Tec North America, LLC (192 Edgewood Rd, Ashville, NC, 28804). The work to be performed under the contract will be performed at the following location: Library of Congress Culpeper Facility . The period of performance of the intended contract shall run as follows: date of award through 12 months, plus four 12 month option periods. It is valued at an amount below the simplified acquisition threshold (defined as $350,000 and below), but above the $25,000 (the public notice threshold).
