Contract Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The intent of the contract is to provide for the completion of the work described below. The precise details of performing the work are not stipulated, except as considered essential for the successful completion of the work. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work according to the contract. The work shall consist of removing lead-based paint on existing buildings; preparing the exterior of the buildings for new paint; furnishing and applying new paint on the exterior.
