Contract Description
This is an amendment to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice to: Extend the solicitation due date to March 20, 2026 at 12:00pm EST. Revise Addendum B See revisions highlighted in red font. Include the Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition as an attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Offer is being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition specifically will procure a software upgrade of the existing National Teleradiology Program (NTP) Picture Archive and Communication System, upgrading IntelePACS version 4.9 to version 5.7 or the most current version available at the time of implementation.
