NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Government intends to issue a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order with DAVID CLARK CO INC located at 360 FRANKLIN ST, WORCESTER, MA 01604-4916, United States, under the authority of FAR 13.106- 1(b). The government will acquire the services using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.
