Description of services: demolition of two (2) buildings and two (2) garages, level the ground, and place grass of any type native to Belgium in the newly cleared areas. Buildings consist of metal structure, roof, skylights, walls inside & outside, insulations, electricity, HVAC, and sectional doors. Demolition includes removal of all foundations, steels, concrete slab until natural ground level and sawing of the concrete slab around the perimeter of the building, Building sizes range from Width: +-12.6m – 15m Length: +-12.0m – 12.5m Height: +-4.3m – 5m and +-5m – 6m Garages consist of concrete prefabricated structure, roof, sectional doors, all equipment are hanged to the building.
