Contract Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC, 7 Mobile Ave., Sauget, IL 62201, for the destruction of unwanted pharmaceutical waste collected during National Drug Take Back Day scheduled for the Period of Performance of 04/25/2026 through 06/30/2026. Veolia ES Technical Solutions is the ONLY source with the proper state and federal permits to dispose of these materials via incineration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
