Contract Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OIT), Development Security Operations, Solution Delivery, Connectivity and Collaboration Services (CCS) has a requirement for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) Services across the enterprise at VA locations in multiple states. These LEC services consist of: Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines, Caller ID feature (POTS Line), Call Forward feature (POTS Line), Call Hunting/Roll Over feature (POTS Line), and HSI/DSL Standalone 12-40 Mbps. The Contractor shall provide telecommunication services at the facilities 24-hour hours per day, seven (7) days per week with maximum availability.
