This combined synopsis/solicitation Notice is being issued by the United States Army Corps of Engineers- Chicago District to inform interested contractors of the Districts in-tent to issue a solicitation for Disposal of Intermediate Bulk Containers (Totes).*********PROJECT INFORMATION: Under the contract, services for the proper removal and reuse, recycling, and/or disposal of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and metal drums, and their contents, from two different USACE Chicago District site locations. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment to complete the work.
