THIS IS NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION. This announcement constitutes a PRE-SOLICITATION notice IAW FAR Subpart 5.2. On or about 20 March 2026, the Government intends to issue a solicitation for District Warehouse Exterior Renovation, Omaha Nebraska. The solicitation will close on or about 20 April 2026. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses. Project Description: The proposed action is for renovation and/or reconstructing portions of an existing facility and the Scope of Work is included in specification section 01 11 00 Summary of Work.
