The purpose of this acquisition is to: Ensure uninterrupted management and coordination of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supply chain activities across Africa. Maintain the logistical capacity and capabilities to source, consolidate, and deliver a wide range of commercial items necessary for the maintenance, repair, and operation of facilities. Avoid costly delays and/or disruptions in mission-critical operations by ensuring continued MRO support while a competitive follow-on contract is being awarded.
