**DRAFT Amendment - Revision 1** Section L- Instruction to Offerors. The purpose of this draft amendment is to provide the correct ProjNet Bidder key. The change is from G7394R-1ZVZFK to G7394R-IZVZFK.** This is a DRAFT Solicitation** **All accompanying attachments will also be in DRAFT form** CEHNC plans to issue a single solicitation resulting in three regional Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for non-personal services, using performance-based task orders in support of facility reduction.
