***Start Presolicitation Update 20260409*** This notice is an update to the E-6B Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Presolicitation Notice N00019-25-RFPREQ-APM271-0012 posted on 14 January 2026. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to solicit for a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for EPMH Overhaul and Repair services for the E-6B aircraft under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6 full and open competition. The IDIQ is anticipated to include one (1) five-year ordering period with the option for one (1) additional five-year ordering period from Fiscal Year (FYs) 2027 through 2036.
