Contract Description
REMOVE EXISTING RM102 DUCT WORK AND REINSTALL NEW DUCT WORK, FOLLOWED BY SYSTEM BALANCING AND TESTING. CE DUCTWORK MODIFICATIONS FOR BUILDING 700 ROOM 102 REFERENCE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR PROJECT DETAILS. WAGE DETERMINATION ATTACHED. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. IAW FAR 36.204(B) THE MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $25K AND $100K. A PERFORMANCE BOND IS NOT REQUIRED; HOWEVER, A PAYMENT BOND MAY BE REQUIRED IAW FAR 28.102-1(B)(1)(I). AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON JANUARY 22, 2026, AT 10:00 AM. Attendees will meet at building 700, 366 Otis St., Rome, NY, 13441.
