The Bureau of Land Management requires a contractor to perform a Firm-fixed-Price Construction Purchase Order for the replacement of the roof of the EL Malpais Ranger Station Visitor Center and Workshop at Grants, NM 87020. The order is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS 238160 (Roofing Contractors; $19M). The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the tasks defined by the Statement of Work (SOW).
