The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), located at 320 First St. NW, Washington DC, intends to make a single award firm-fixed price (FFP) definitive contract for electronic legal research to be utilized all Bureau of Prisons institutions throughout the United States.This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This will be solicited open market on an unrestricted basis.
