This acquisition is conducted pursuant to the authority for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (41 U.S.C. 1906, 1907, and 3307), FAR Part 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract, and FAR Part 41, Acquisition of Utility Services.
