Contract Description
Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Spain will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The U.S. Embassy/Consulate in Madrid, Spain requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating condition. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for routine maintenance services paid at the monthly rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing elevator maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit and VAT.
