Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Emergency Spill Clean Up and Hazardous Material Remediation Services at Moody Air Force Base (MAFB) 1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS Moody Air Force Base (MAFB) requires qualified contractors to provide Emergency Spill Clean Up and related hazardous material (HAZMAT) services during the period October 2025 through October 2030 (Not to Exceed 5 years). These services will be requested on an as-needed basis via Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
