Contract Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with EMF Telecom, Inc. located at 90 Parris Avenue, Nashville TN for tower engineering and services installation support. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
