STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Veterans’ Health Administration (VHA) Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) Provision and Delivery of Engineering Equipment At the new Tulsa VA Medical Center Brand Name or Equal GENERAL: BACKGROUND: The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) is renovating a non- medical existing facility to be the new Tulsa VA Medical Center (VAMC). The facility requires a new tool cart, tools, welding equipment and pipe threading equipment for use by Engineering Service. Currently there is none of this equipment at this facility. LOCATION: Product Delivery: Warehouse, 9111 W. 96th Street South, Sapulpa, Oklahoma 74066.
