Contract Description
Questions and Answers: Q1: the configuration includes two combination cooler/freezer units, and some of the units appear to share a common wall. It is unclear whether the floor is insulated concrete or another type of flooring system, and clarification on the ceiling construction will also be needed to properly determine the scope of work. Given these observations, we want to ensure that the scope accurately reflects the work required before proceeding further.
