THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Gyrocompass. This requirement is sole sourced to: EXAIL DEFENSE SYSTEMS INC. 27 Wellington Road Lincoln, RI 02865 as the only authorized distributor of Compass in this territory.
