Contract Description
In accordance with FAR 16.507-6 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-16), this Exeption to Fair Opportunity (EFTO) justification supports the decision to award a bridge contract for US Air Force Central (USAFCENT) Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO) Support services. The contractor is tasked with developing and maintaining Special Access Program integrated Operational Plans that cover several different contingencies within the United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR). USAFCENT has a continual need for highly qualified and specialized personnel who have the requisite technical expertise and knowledge in their respective disciplines.
