THIS SOLICITATION IS FOR US EPA REGION 1/NORTHEAST Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) Remedial Environmental Services (RES) SMALL BUSINESS CONTRACTORS ONLY--THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR SB CONTRACTOR'S AWARDED A MULTIPLE-AWARD IDIQ WITH US EPA REGION 1/NORTHEAST CONTRACTING--RAF RES Task Order (TO) for Remediation Action (RA) at the Scovill Industrial Landfill Superfund Site located in Waterbury, New Haven County, Connecticut. To achieve the performance measures and remedial goals, the services will involve the construction of a protective cap with nearby wetland restoration, limited targeted removal of contaminated soils throughout various areas to be placed under the cap, and other removal of select soil areas to be disposed of offsite.
