Contract Description
Remedial Acquisition Framework (RAF) Design and Engineering Services (DES) DES Project Title: Former Custom Cleaners Site Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study (RI/FS) for Operable Unit 1 (OU1), Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee, Region 4 Phase 2 The purpose of amendment no. 4 is as follows: (1) To establish the due date/time for the re-negotiated revised proposal submission (see attached email from CO); and (2) To update the anticipated task order award date to approximately 02/24/2026 (subject to change). THIS AMENDMENT CHANGED THE RESPONSE/SUBMISSION DUE DATE/TIME TO 11:59 PM ES, TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation/RFQ remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
