Contract Description
Roy Pray Portal Repairs SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named North Wind Construction Services, LLC, 1425 Higham St., Idaho Falls, ID 83402 The Roy Pray Mine Site has been determined to be eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). A work plan will need to be developed that does not affect the site's eligibility and integrity. A BLM approved archaeological monitor will be required to monitor the activities. Excavate the portal area and then install a properly designed and constructed portal structure and replacement gate, with steel sets extending from approximately Station 0+84 to Station 1+12.5.
