INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Facility Maintenance and Improvements #SS-FSA-26-017 The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), on behalf of the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), West Viginia Facilities Service Branch (WVFSB), intends to contract with Leased Housing Developers Company, 200 3rd Street, Parkersburg, WV 26106-5312 on a sole source basis. Leased Housing Developers Company is the Lessor of the Fiscal Service facility at 200 3rd Street, Parkersburg, WV 26106. As Lessor, Leased Housing Developers Company has the exclusive approval authority for the performance of work for facility maintenance and modification of existing equipment on this Government property according to the terms of LEASE NO.
