Contract Description

Description The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS), intends to issue a competitive Full and Open solicitation for the award of a single-award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, and Training (OSIST) support services. The contemplated acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services; FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation; and FAR Part 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts.
