1. Background and Scope FEMA Region 10, located at 130 228th St SW, Bothell, WA 98021, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for annual inspection and testing services for Fire Life and Safety systems, including backflow testing and reporting. The initial inspection and report must be completed prior to June 23, 2026. Subsequent inspections will occur annually each April. 2. Period of Performance Base Year: Date of award (anticipated June 2026) through June 2027 Option Year 1: April 2028 Option Year 2: April 2029 3. Set-Aside This RFQ is set aside for small businesses.
