Contract Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center (MWEOC) located at 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Bluemont, VA 20135 is identifying potential providers to perform Fire Suppression Maintenance in accordance with NFPA 13, NFPA 17, NFPA 2001, and NFPA 25 standards for Semi-Annual, Annual and Long-term intervals (5-20 years) for testing, inspection and Maintenance of our current systems. MWEOC has (76) active Wet-sprinkler systems, (4) Commercial grade Kitchen Hood Ansul-based systems, (3) Small Kitchen Hood Ansul-based Systems, (2) Dry-sprinkler Systems, (8) Pre-Action Systems, (1) Paint Booth Clean Agent System and (1) Foam-based Suppression System.
